Our Newest Opportunity:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide the client with the highest level of customer service
  • Conduct New Client implementation; quoting, presentation, application process
  • Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention
  • Schedule and attend client appointments for new business and renewals
  • Conduct insurance reviews or exposure checklist with clients at renewal
  • Process and review renewals, endorsements, and check for accuracy
  • Worked with Producers on new business and renewals
  • Work efficiently with the Applied System and office procedures
  • Prepare and review proposals, develop spreadsheets, compare coverage’s/pricing for clients.
  • Manage the implementation of any change to the clients coverage’s and/or carrier
  • Maintain positive relationships with the carriers and negotiate with them when appropriate
  • Educate clients on applicable coverage, legislation, and marketplace information
  • Generate interest in additional lines of coverage; perform periodic follow up or courtesy calls
  • Participate in Insurance carrier meetings, functions and seminars
  • Assist with carrier relationships as needed
  • Share knowledge and expertise with CSR’s
  • Special projects, as assigned
Work Experience
At least 1-3 years of experience in Property and Casualty or Personal Lines
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Zywave / Applied and Adobe Acrobat or ability to learn these programs
  • Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
Local travel will be necessary to meet client, attend network events or community service initiatives as necessary. Occasionally, travel may be nationally.

  • Can be located out of St. Louis, MO or Springfield, MO
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition required at all times
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
